Somatic Yoga with Christina Rogoza Our bodies experience stress due to illness, injury, and aging and our bodies get locked into unhealthy patterns of movement. Essentially our muscles “forget” how to engage to support us. Somatic yoga works through movements that retrain the brain and the nervous system to let go of these patterns. The benefits include improving posture, mobility, and pain relief. Participants appreciate the restorative nature of somatics and can apply it in their daily activities. Register today!

Hatha Yoga with Kelly from Vibe Yoga

Join Kelly from Vibe Yoga for a weekly one hour yoga practice. Classes are taught to the beginner with options to go deeper for the more seasoned yogi. In this class you can expect to connect your breath with movement in order to become more centered in your body. Register today!

Chair Yoga with Christina Rogoza

Chair yoga is a gentle and supportive approach that modifies yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. In our session we will also be doing easy standing movements using the chair as support. Chair yoga is great for anyone including office workers who spend most of their time sitting. Chair yoga includes versions of twists, hip flexion, forward bends, and somatic movements to improve function, muscle tone, and better breathing habits. Register today!
