A delegation is an opportunity to appear before Council to present information. The purpose of the delegation process is to allow residents to make their views known to Council.
If you are interested in appearing in front of Council to present information or an opinion on a matter, you will need to:
- Print and fill out the Delegation Request Form
- Submit the Delegation Request Form to the Clerk in person or by mail to 10836 County Road 2, P.O. Box 70, Grafton ON, K0K 2G0. You can also submit the form by e-mail to the Acting Clerk, or by fax to 905-349-3259.
- Ensure your delegation is no longer than ten (10) minutes unless otherwise approved by Council.
- Provide one electronic copy (PDF, Word, PowerPoint) and/or one printed copy.
