NORTHUMBERLAND OPP SEEKS FEEDBACK ON ACTION PLAN
DATE: October 17, 2025
(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – The Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) seeks input from the public and interested parties regarding the proposed Northumberland Action Plan 2026-2029.
Every three years every detachment develops a new Detachment Action Plan to address local priorities and concerns. Part of the development of the local action plan involves a community consultation phase to gather feedback from the community and our community partners on what they feel should be included in our new action plan.
“As we work to develop an action plan that reflects the unique needs and priorities of Northumberland County, we’re asking our community to share their voice. Your input is essential in helping us shape a safer and more responsive future for everyone who lives and works here,” Inspector Michael Cavanagh, Detachment Commander, Northumberland OPP.
