In these sessions there will be two main areas of focus and study. They will be, instruction in learning to sketch, and, painting in watercolour. If you already have developed some skills in these areas, please note that sessions will include tips and suggestions to improve your present work. However, it should be noted that no previous knowledge is necessary to take part in this experience.
*Ten sessions in total with 2 backup dates if needed.
*Please note the classes will not go forward with less than 5 students.

Discover the science behind meditation.
I’m here to demystify the practice and show you what’s truly happening in your brain and body when you meditate. Instead of simply following instructions, you’ll understand exactly what you’re doing—and why it works. You’ll learn how meditation reshapes neural pathways, regulates your nervous system, and shifts you from stress to balance. I’ll also teach you simple, practical 5-minute exercises you can use anytime to step out of the stress response and return to a calm, focused, and regulated state.
Meditation doesn’t have to be mysterious. When you understand the science, the practice becomes powerful.
